    • Although there is only a check warranty in physical stores, Loya Crafts provides a 07-day money-back guarantee on every item for our valued customers.
    • If the product is not working properly, we recommend you to please Call/WhatsApp/SMS on our official no +1 737 339 7443
      and register your complaint. Our Technical team will call you back, enquire about the complaint, and brief/guide you about the complete operational procedure. 
    • In case, if the product is faulty, we request to please repack it in the original box with all accessories, and share its pictures on WhatsApp with us. We will send a brand new product to you free of cost, and the rider who delivers the new product will collect the faulty product from you. You don't need to face any hassle while shopping from us. Loya Crafts will bear all shipping costs.
    • If you don't like the product or dissatisfied with product, and want to replace it with another one, NO PROBLEM. We will happily replace the product. All you need to do is notify us through SMS/WhatsApp/Call at +1 737 339 7443. Repackage the product including all its accessories.
      Our rider will come to your given address, collect the product, and deliver it to us. Our quality customer team will check the product and packaging. Then we will send you a new product.

As we receive the product, our quality assurance team will check and evaluate the condition of the product and packaging. And after approval Loya Craft happy to return your balance.
